The leadership team at Asynchrony brings decades of information technology, marketing and management experience and has successfully worked with the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. They're supported by some of the most talented engineers and programmers in the field today.

Steve Elfanbaum (Manager) has over 17 years of systems design, development and implementation experience with Fortune 100 companies. He has been responsible for assessing and managing the systems architecture for both GE Capital and Deutsche Financial Services. As President of Asynchrony Solutions, Steve has consulted with American Financial Group, Time Warner, Fleet Mortgage and other leading commercial organizations in e-Architecture and complex systems integration projects. Steve has designed and managed the development and implementation of significant applications in support of the Department of Defense, including leading the software architecture and development of the Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal. He is a published technology author, instructor and speaker.

Valerie Elfanbaum (Vice president) has over ten years of experience in advertising, market research and public relations. With a degree in journalism with an emphasis in advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she has proven her expertise in the fields through her many accomplishments, including writing radio commercials and feature stories, conducting market research and media buying. After working in fields such as advertising, retail and public relations, she is also currently an entrepreneur with a successful retailing business that she started about twelve years ago.

Bob Elfanbaum (Chief Executive Officer) is a CPA with 24 years of broad-based experience in management, sales, accounting, financial analysis, technology and operations. In his eight years at Price Waterhouse, Bob managed relationships for middle-market companies, including taking two clients through the IPO process. In addition, as Chief Financial Officer of Virbac Corporation (NASDAQ: VBAC), a public animal health company, Bob managed the financial operations of the company, including successfully completing three acquisitions, synergistically merging operating units and successfully implementing a recapitalization of the company to facilitate future growth, resulting in a 300%+ increase in stock price. Bob is a co-founder and the CEO of Asynchrony Solutions, Inc., which has been one the top ten fastest growing, privately-held companies in St. Louis 2004 - 2006, one of the Top 50 companies in the St. Louis region (2005 and 2006), a member of the Inc. 500 in 2005 and 2006 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country, and winner of the Inner City 100 Award in 2005 as the 38th fastest growing company in the United States headquartered in an inner city. Bob is a member of Asynchrony's Board of Directors, leads the overall management of the company, as well as directly leads the business development group. As part of his role, he helps Fortune 1000 companies and large Military and public sector organizations define and implement technology solutions that quickly provide the capability to capitalize on and react to an ever-changing business (and Military) environment. Asynchrony is one of the nationally-recognized leaders in the use of "Agile Methodology" in delivering technology solutions to commercial and military organizations. Bob lives in Chesterfield, MO with his wife and three daughters.

Stephanie Greytak (director of sales) has over 15 years of high tech sales experience in both the public and private sector. Since joining Asynchrony shortly after the company's inception, Stephanie has consistently and significantly contributed to the health and growth of the firm. Her expertise in the ability to align solutions with our client's strategic business objectives has been instrumental in establishing and developing several high-revenue generating accounts which continue to be the cornerstones of the business.
